School Development Priorities

As a school, we are constantly reviewing our practice to see what is working well and to identify where we need to make improvements. At Oakwood, we aim to provide an outstanding primary education which matches the hopes, needs and aspirations of our school community. Every year, the Senior Leadership Team and Governors produce a ‘School Improvement Plan’. Our School Improvement Plan is a summary of the school’s priorities for the coming year and details the action we will be taking to ensure that Oakwood continues its drive towards excellence. The Governors refer to this document throughout the year, to ensure that we are progressing on each priority.
