We love Oakwood - our child is very happy at the school. We find the teachers to be very warm and enthusiastic. They engage with the children and with us whenever we want to speak to them. They genuinely care about the children, their happiness and their learning. The school has lovely grounds and the children enjoy letting off steam and playing in different areas of the outside space.

Getting Involved - Parent Helpers
We are always keen to receive offers of help from parents. Parents are a valuable support to the teacher, both in and out of the classroom. Currently, parents help hear children read, support children with their work and help with art and crafts. Parents also assist with the library, help with clubs and accompany day visits, but you may have something else to offer!
If you feel you would like to get involved please let your child's class teacher or the office know.
