End of an Era

After 23 years as dedicated Head of Oakwood, Ms Buckley enjoyed her farewell assembly this morning. Pupils, staff and Governors all joined together in the hall to celebrate the outstanding work and commitment Ms Buckley has given to the school since starting in 2001.

The children sang her favourite school songs and then presented her with her very own Special Mention Certificates after which Ms Buckley spoke about her future plans, along with reminiscing about special times at Oakwood.

We would all like to thank Ms Buckley for all she has given to the school over the years and wish her well for all her future adventures.
