Remote Learning - Information For Parents

Welcome to our Home Learning Zone

This is where you can see an example timetable to help you manage your home routine.  Daily learning is set through your child's Google Classroom account.  There are also additional resources below that you may find useful for practice and to widen your child's interests. If you have any queries, please contact your child's teacher through the emails that have been communicated. We hope you enjoy your learning.

Remote education for self-isolating pupils

Where individual pupils need to self-isolate but their peer group remains in school, remote education provision will differ from the approach for whole groups. This is due to the challenges of teaching pupils both at home and in school. The class teacher will send out the remote learning ready for the second day of absence and for each subsequent day that absence continues. On the first day of absence, parents are advised to use materials available on the Oak Academy website or BBC Bitesize. Pupils who fall ill within their self-isolation period will not be expected to complete home-learning; please inform the office if your child is unwell.

Please note that the Key Stage emails are no longer active. Please contact the admin team if you have any queries.
